We are undertaking weekly maintenance of Air Compressor, air compressor AMC&spare parts to a value of Rs. 3 Lakhs to Rs. 5 Lakhs per year. The work is undertaken and completed within the prescribed time, if necessary even overnights and days to complete the work and hand over it to them without stopping the production line. We are doing this contract work with them at cochin for three years. We also undertaking yearly maintenance job during their closure periods every year.

At the beginning we were called for Chicago pneumatic pet. Compressor Erection with its Air ,Water Pipeline Installation work and electric connection. Then we have been awarded with complete factory machinery erection work. These machinaries were supplied by Belgium Collaborators. This was a challenging job where we have received good appreciation with completed certificate from Belgium technicians for the completion of the machinery erection work in specified time, which got price money. with the issue of safety certificates to this customer.

We erected 2 Nos. 500-cfm Kirloskar compressors with accessories such as Motors, after cooler, Moisture separator, Air receiver with cooling tower and pumps. For the cooling system we have constructed a cooling pond with fountain arrangement which has been appreciated by the Japanese collaborators also.

Regarding air and water pipeline with overhead and trench covered system were completely designed by us that gained us very good reputation from the customer.

We have erected 3 Nos. cp compressor with its accessories. The jacket cooling water pipeline system was designed and installed by us at this factory.

The whole factory compressed air pipeline system with overhead and trench line system which we have designed with moisture separator, traps and drain lines required for the sophisticated airline system, installed to the satisfaction of our customers. The total value of this order is nearly Rs. 6 lakhs. The whole factory water pipeline system was also designed and installed by us. We have also undertaken site fabrication work for them such as buckets, materials – stand and racks, bins etc.
